Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can take care of it promptly.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed, we’ll work with you toward a replacement or resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made especially for you, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind).
We kindly ask that you contact us before returning anything so we can guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on sealed or intimate items, including but not limited to:
- Face masks
- Socks
- Jewelry
- Stickers
- Phone cases
- Keychains
- Wristbands
- Mystery or final-sale items
- Subscription products
These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
- Packages returned as unclaimed may require additional shipping fees for resending.
If a returned package is not claimed or reshipped within 14 days, it may be donated to charity
